It depends on which language is on the product package. We deliver products to countries matching the languages on our product packages. These countries include: England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland and Greece.

3. Do you sell any other types of tests.

We have chosen to focus on pregnancy and ovulation tests but we can even deliver drug tests, though making the delivery time a little longer.

4. How quickly can you deliver?

Normally within 3-5 business days. However, this depends on the size of the order and where in Europe it is to be sent.

5. What does a CE-approved test mean?

CE-approved means that the medical equipment, for example prgnancy and ovulation tests, can be sold legally within the EU as well as countries affiliated with the EU laws in this area, for example Norway and Switzerland. Our products are both CE-approved for home-usage and professional usage. It is necessary for our products to be CE-approved for home-usage as they are to be sold to private persons.

6. What are the delivery expenses to my country?

7. How do I use the instructions manual?

We can forward you the instructions manual in PDF format (high press) and you have the choice of either printing it out yourself or having it printed out for you.

8. How accurate are your tests?

In regards to the standard measurement of accuracy in percentage, each test has an accuracy of over 99.9%.

9. Can I see documentation that the tests are CE-approved and FDA-approved?

10. Can I get exclusiveness for my country/region?

This can certainly be discussed but with consideration to amount and the requested country’s size.

12. How does payment work and what are your payment conditions.

Payment to us can be carried out in various different ways. You can choose to pay after delivery if you so desire but most customers choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard with the knowledge that the total delivery cost will increase after being sent through DHL. Another possibility is to pay cash at the actual delivery, but this total cost will include an extra fee of 25€.

13. How do I get access to the instruction manual and product images?

14. How is it possible to sell these products so inexpensively?

First of all, we buy very large amounts from our producer, Wondfo, and secondly, there are no intermediaries or wholesale dealers who also have a right to a certain profit after an order.

15. Can I see your references?

Yes this is available but due to sales competition, we have chosen not to publish our clients on our website. Please contact us to view one or more references.

16. How do to safety guarantee your products?

All production follows the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 as well as the GMP standards. The tests are CE-approved for home-usage (self-testing) and professional usage. The producer saves samples of each type of test batch which leaves the factory, so that it is easy to analyze the delivered tests should a quality problem arrise.
